Job summary

DSST Public Schools’ Cole High School is seeking a part-time Speech and Debate Varsity Coach for the 2027 season. The role is seasonal and in-person, with a stipend of $3,960 for 01/2027–05/2027. Ideal candidates have coaching experience and a commitment to DSST’s values and student growth.

The position supports high school debate activities, with responsibilities including leading practices, mentoring students, and upholding school spirit. Training to drive activity buses may be required.
