Great Hearts Archway Lincoln is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to support the SLP in providing services to students across two on-site schools. You will participate in screenings, direct treatment under supervision, and collaborate with teachers and families.
The role requires an Associate degree (Bachelor’s preferred) and an active SLPA license in AZ or eligibility, plus strong technology skills and a commitment to liberal arts education.

Compensation Type: Salary : $39,500-$47,750
The Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) assists the Speech Language Pathologist in providing speech and language services to students in a charter school setting. SLPA's will be assigned to two schools co-located on one campus. One of the schools is elementary and the other is secondary. The professional roles and activities in a school setting include clinical/educational services, direct treatment, screenings, consultation, collaboration, data collection and documentation.

Requires but is not limited to standing, sitting, repetitious hand and body movements, bending, squatting, and reaching. May be required to move or position equipment up to 15 pounds approximately.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal history background check and fingerprint clearance in accordance with state requirements. Travel required: May need to travel locally for training and professional development opportunities.
