TheraPeds Partners is seeking a full-time, on-site Special Education Teacher for a school-based position in Phoenix, AZ. You will provide teaching and case management services, develop IEPs, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support students with special needs.

Qualifications

• Teaching Certification, Bachelors or Masters Degree or higher in Special Education.
• Must have Spec Ed k-12 and Moderate Severe Needs Credentials.
• 1+ years of experience in a school setting preferred.
• Fingerprint background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and assess individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities.
• Deliver instruction tailored to meet the diverse learning styles and needs of students.
• Collaborate with parents, educators, and specialists to ensure a comprehensive approach to student learning and support.
• Monitor student progress and adapt instructional strategies to improve outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance, behavior, and progress to inform ongoing instruction and planning.
• Create a welcoming, safe, and productive classroom environment that encourages positive behavior and learning.
