Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a compassionate Special Education Teacher (SPED Teacher) for a full-time school-based role in Riverside, CA. You will support students with diverse needs and help them achieve academic and personal success in an inclusive setting.

You will collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams, develop IEPs, and implement evidence-based instruction while maintaining accurate documentation and a positive classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Special Education or related field.
• Valid California Special Education teaching license - Mod/Sev credential.
• Knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Experience working with students with disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IEPs based on student needs and goals.
• Provide specialized instruction to students with diverse needs.
• Monitor progress and adjust instructional strategies for achievement.
• Collaborate with general education teachers and related service providers.
