Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; teaching certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach diverse group of students and provide individualized attention to meet needs.
• Use assessment data to modify short- and long-term plans to promote student growth.
• Develop and maintain skill-appropriate lesson plans.
• Collaborate with team members to foster academic rigor and positive behavior support.
• Apply the school’s PBIS framework (CASE) to instruction.
• Implement de-escalation techniques and safety procedures as needed.
• Participate in daily school functions, conferences, meetings, and training.
