Job summary

Zen Educate Inc. is hiring paraprofessionals and classroom support staff for SPED classrooms. You will assist licensed staff, help students meet IEP goals, and maintain a positive learning environment across small groups and activities.

The role includes supporting students in crisis, aiding outings, and delivering flexible, part-time-to-full-time coverage with weekly pay and growth opportunities. US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Must meet ADE/ParaPro certification criteria.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with children.
• Experience with students with special education needs.
• English proficiency required.
• Fingerprint clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed staff in the classroom.
• Aid students in meeting IEP goals.
• Maintain a learning-conducive environment.
• Support students in outings and activities.
• Provide care and crisis support as needed.
• Support inclusion and safety in daily activities.
