Job summary

Crowley ISD is looking for an Instructional Aide II SPED for the 2026-27 academic year. The aide will support students with disabilities under the supervision of a certified teacher. Responsibilities include assisting with special education programs and classroom management.

Applicants should possess an Associates degree or have completed at least 48 hours of college coursework. A minimum salary of $23,188 is offered for 187 days of work.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associates degree or at least 48 hours of college coursework is required.
• Ability to support students with moderate to severe disabilities in a classroom setting.
• Experience working with children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist special education teacher with the educational needs of students.
• Help implement classroom programs including self-help and behavior management.
• Work under the supervision of a principal and certified teacher.
