Job summary

Rutherford County Schools in Smyrna, TN is seeking a SpEd Inclusion Educational Assistant to support instructional activities for small groups, reinforce skills, and provide constructive feedback under the direction of a certified teacher.

A reliable candidate will have an associate degree or higher, or 48 college credit hours, or ParaPro certification, and strong computer skills, excellent attendance, and the ability to follow written and oral instructions.

• Hold an associates degree or higher; OR *Have an equivalent of two years of college coursework totaling 48 hours at an accredited institution of higher learning; OR *Pass the Education Testing Service (ETS) Para-Pro Assessment
• Working computer knowledge
