Job summary

Rutherford County Schools seeks a paraeducator to support students under the guidance of a certified teacher. You will reinforce skills, supervise small groups, and provide constructive feedback to learners in a classroom setting.

Requirements include an associate degree or higher (or 48 college hours) and the ability to pass the Para-Pro Assessment. Strong computer skills and the ability to follow written and verbal directions are essential.

Qualifications

Job description

• Hold an associates degree or higher; OR *Have an equivalent of two years of college coursework totaling 48 hours at an accredited institution of higher learning; OR *Pass the Education Testing Service (ETS) Para-Pro Assessment
