Job summary

Wisconsin Diagnostic Laboratories is seeking a Part-time Specimen Processor I for the 2nd shift (2:30 pm – 11:00 pm) in Milwaukee. You will perform pre-analytical log-in and processing for patients served by outreach clinics, ensuring accurate labeling and specimen integrity.

The role includes phlebotomy duties where applicable and requires reliable teamwork and attention to detail. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, phlebotomy training/diploma preferred, Windows/Epic

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy training or diploma preferred.
• Epic software experience preferred.
• Basic clinical terminology knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Performs pre-analytical log-in and specimen processing.
• Labels specimens correctly and ensures sample integrity.
• Operates lab equipment and maintains cleanliness and organization of work area.
• Participates in shift reporting and communication with leadership.
• Assists with outreach logistics and specimen handling as needed.
