Responsibilities

• Adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, and applicable regulations.
• Provide courteous, compassionate patient support during specimen collection.
• Maintain specimen integrity with proper handling, storage, and transportation.
• Monitor supplies and keep a clean, organized, safe work environment.
• Collaborate with lab staff, healthcare providers, and clients to support operations.
