Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collect, process, label, package, and ship laboratory specimens per SOPs.
• Verify patient demographics, identification, and insurance information.
• Enter orders and maintain specimen and patient documentation in systems.
• Maintain specimen integrity with proper handling, storage, and transportation.
• Provide professional, courteous patient support during specimen collection.
• Adhere to HIPAA, OSHA and all applicable laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with laboratory staff, healthcare providers, and clients to support operations.
• Assist with additional duties as needed to support the business.
