Role: The Specialty Cook is responsible for the culinary production in designated specialty area and in kitchens throughout the property. Assist in other areas as needed. Work directly with the Room Chef to plan and execute culinary trends and menu as needed. Perform job responsibilities satisfactorily and according to department standards.
