Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking an experienced Specialty Window & Door Installation Team Leader for a full-time field-based opportunity in the Bay City, Michigan area. This is a hands‑on leadership role for an experienced residential construction professional with strong framing and carpentry skills, window and door installation experience, and the ability to lead a small field crew.
The Specialty Window & Door Installation Team Leader will lead a 3–4-person field crew installing high‑end specialty window and door systems throughout Michigan. Projects may include multi-slide and bi-fold doors and windows, pivot doors, motorized retractable screens, and related specialty products.
This individual will plan daily field activities, assign work, coordinate site logistics, perform and supervise installations, ensure quality and safety standards are maintained, and serve as the primary on‑site point of contact with general contractors, homeowners, and other trade partners.
Candidates do not need to already be experts in every specialty system. Training on advanced specialty products is provided; however, candidates must bring a strong residential construction foundation and hands‑on window and door installation experience.
