The Specialty Welder is responsible for performing precision manual GTAW (TIG) welding on multi-alloy materials to ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, specifications, and quality requirements. This position requires interpretation of welding procedures (WPS), engineering drawings, and specifications, as well as coordination with welding personnel, engineers, and other quality professionals to maintain the highest standards of weld quality and workmanship. Familiarity with orbital GTAW welding on pipe and/or tube is a plus. The role requires the ability to pass practical weld qualification testing to applicable code requirements and to demonstrate consistent procedure compliance through live evaluation.

The base salary range for this role is $40-$50/hour.
Compensation bands are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual level and base pay is determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related skills, education, experience, technical capabilities and internal equity. Please note that the stated salary range is an estimate and may be adjusted based on market conditions, business needs, or other factors.
