The role offers full-time, on-site work with pay ranging from $70 to $96 per hour. Responsibilities include developing care plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring safe medication administration while maintaining patient confidentiality and quality care.

• Uphold Kaiser Permanente's Policies and Procedures and applicable laws.
• Serve as a leader of the healthcare team; delegate tasks appropriately.
• Understand own and team members' scope of practice and upscale issues as appropriate.
• Develop and/or contribute to individualized plans of care.
• Monitor patients' progress based on the care plan.
• Discuss patient findings and progress with physicians and healthcare team members.

Responsabilidades
