Responsibilities

• Direct, review, assign, and organize the work of at least three employees, including one RN.
• Provide professional leadership to maintain effective patient care delivery.
• Coordinate departmental operations and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Act as a resource, preceptor, and mentor to new staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards of practice.
• Participate in patient flow activities including admissions and discharges.
• Conduct audits to ensure documentation reflects assessments and care plans.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and staff competencies.
• Adjust staffing to assure quality care and safety.
• Motivate staff to improve performance, attendance, and service quality.

About This Role
