Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking a Senior / Lead Backend Integration Engineer based in Charlotte, NC or San Francisco Bay Area. This 12+ month contract offers a hybrid work schedule with 3 days onsite each week.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience building scalable backend systems using Golang and Python, with strong knowledge of microservices architectures. Candidates will work on cloud modernization initiatives and have the opportunity to influence system architecture.

Senior / Lead Backend Integration Engineer | Software Engineering | Charlotte, NC or San Francisco Bay Area

Our client is a leading financial services organization focused on modernizing enterprise data science and predictive analytics platforms. Based out of Charlotte, NC and the San Francisco Bay Area, they are looking to hire a Senior / Lead Backend Integration Engineer on a contract basis.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong backend development experience using Golang and/or Python
• Experience building scalable, real‑time services and APIs
