You will liaison between the client, MSC teams, and field personnel to ensure operational excellence and flawless daily security operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, personnel development, risk identification, and a commitment to high service standards across client visits, events, and security planning.

Qualifications

• Oversee four specialized security programs: Shift Supervisor Operations, Badging Operations, VIP Concierge, and Special Events.
• Identify operational risks and gaps and develop corrective actions.
• Partner with client and MSC teams to ensure service delivery excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Shift Supervisors.
• Oversee badging operations and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate VIP concierge activities and executive visits.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute special events.
• Maintain client relationships and serve as primary liaison.
• Drive continuous improvement and incident management.
• Ensure staff training and resource readiness.
