Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty) (T2143) – Target

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory, and to solve and support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity for a guest-ready floor.
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes with best practices, including signing execution.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by returning merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service to the sales floor throughout the day.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) with compliance to laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and helping solve their needs.
• Thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

Physical and Scheduling Requirements

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders when required.
• Move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 15 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally (without assistance).
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance required.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments; stay mobile for the shift duration.
