Job summary

Inizio Engage in Atlanta seeks a seasoned Specialty Sales Representative to drive the adoption and growth of assigned therapies within a defined geography. You will develop strategic customer relationships, navigate access environments, and collaborate with MSLs, Case Managers, and other stakeholders to improve patient access and outcomes.

You will engage healthcare providers, health systems, and pharmacies, leveraging value propositions across efficacy, safety, and reimbursement resources.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of successful pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or related commercial experience.
  • Ophthalmology or Immunology experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to advance customer conversations toward clear outcomes and commitments in complex healthcare environments.
  • Proven ability to navigate highly matrixed organizations and mobilize internal partners to deliver solutions.
