Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensures safety first and assists the crane operator with rigging and hand signals for safe lifting of loads.
• Loads and secures equipment (spreader bars, mats, counterweights, etc.) and drives to location.
• Inspects truck/trailer and completes inspection reports before operating the vehicle.
• Monitors inventory of chains, boomer, and straps and reports missing equipment.
• Performs maintenance on chains, boomer, and straps and documents repairs.
• Documents and reports inspections, maintenance, and compliance to supervision.
