## Specialty Registered Nurse NavigatorApply: CA-Fresno-cCARE Clinic: Full time: Posted Yesterday: 20187210The Breast Nurse Navigator coordinates patient care from primary care and imaging services through the multispecialty cancer care team. This role supports timely communication, helps streamline diagnostic and treatment workflows, and serves as a consistent point of contact for patients, referring physicians, radiologists, surgeons, and the multidisciplinary care team.**Responsibilities****Imaging Center Responsibilities** The nurse navigator shares time between the imaging center and the breast specialty clinic.
