Job summary

Shields Health Solutions is hiring a Pharmacy Liaison to work onsite in a hospital clinic or hospital office, supporting medication adherence and personalized services.

The role requires Texas-registered Pharmacy Technician credentials (CPhT), 2+ years experience, and strong communication, organization, and tech skills. Hybrid work after training, with a sign-on bonus and incentives.

Shields Health Solutions is redefining patient care through specialty pharmacy. We’re hiring a Pharmacy Liaison—a specialty pharmacy technician who will work onsite in a hospital clinic or hospital office building to support patients with medication adherence and personalized pharmacy services.

$3,000 Sign-On Bonus

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 6:00PM. Hybrid opportunity after training!

Salary based role + annual bonus + quarterly incentives!!

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with clinic teams to deliver hands-on patient care.
