Nebraska Medicine is seeking a Specialty Pharmacy Technician to join our Specialty Pharmacy Program. The primary site is HUB Pharmacy, rotating to the Durham Outpatient Center location; full-time, 80 hours per pay period.

You will assist specialty pharmacists, manage adherence, and help with claims, documentation, and regulatory accreditation to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

Qualificações

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Licensed Nebraska pharmacy intern or registered as a pharmacy technician.
• Pharmacy Technician Certification within twelve months of licensed date required.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• One year of specialty pharmacy experience preferred.
• Experience with third party claims adjudication and reconciliation preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook or comparable software preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist specialty pharmacists in the management of patients receiving specialty medications.
• Provide adherence management and work with the care team to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Assist with claims processing, preparation and dispensing of specialty medications.
• Support documentation to maintain URAC/ACHC accreditation and access to limited distribution drugs.
