Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years experience as a pharmacy technician or in a clinically-based customer service role.
• Active DC pharmacy technician registration with the District of Columbia Board of Pharmacy is required.

Responsibilities

• Verify prescriptions and enter information accurately.
• Contact patients to arrange delivery or pickup dates; perform refill reminder calls.
• Prepare and pack orders for delivery; manage inventory and assist walk-in customers.
• Process cash register transactions and support daily pharmacy operations.
