St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician to support specialty and infusion prescriptions under the direction of a pharmacist.
The role includes entering orders, preparing sterile medications, and coordinating with patients, providers and payers. You will handle inventory, labeling, IV preparation, and ensure accurate documentation while working with a team across multiple shifts.

Under the direction of a pharmacist, the Sepcialty Pharmacy Technician Certified performs prescription order entry and filling of specialty and infusion prescriptions. Manages ongoing specialty patient caseloads using organizational and follow up skills. Communicates and follows up with patients, referral sources and payers. Obtains insurance authorization as required. Prepares sterile medications using aseptic technique. Utilizes the pharmacy computer system. Maintains accurate documentation records.

Two years previous infusion or specialty pharmacy experience as a professional.
Day, middle or night shift with varying hours based on the needs of the department. As scheduled by site manager.
