Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Syracuse, NY is seeking a Specialty Pharmacy Technician to accurately fill orders and prepare shipments for patient and provider deliveries across the country. The role ensures orders are ready for pharmacist review and supports daily packing and stocking activities.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 months of pharmacy tech experience and customer service skills, with NY location preference for technician certification where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pharmacy Technician certification required in Mississippi location.
• Preferred: NY location Pharmacy Technician certification or related certification.
• 3–6 months’ experience as a pharmacy technician.
• Experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare medication orders for final review by a pharmacist.
• Fill orders accurately and maintain production standards.
• Prepare refrigerated and non-refrigerated shipments for UPS and FedEx daily.
• Assist in packaging for shipments.
• Check in orders and maintain stocking levels in pharmacy.
• Maintain a professional appearance in pharmacy.
• May assist in orienting and training new employees.
• Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
