VytlOne is recruiting a Certified Pharmacy Technician for The HMC Specialty Pharmacy in Holyoke, MA. The role features Monday–Friday standard business hours (8am–5pm) with a salary range of $22.00–$27.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Active MA Pharmacy Technician license.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT).
• Two+ years of pharmacy tech experience.
• Specialty Pharmacy experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, professionalism, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate claims and fill prescriptions efficiently.
• Accept written prescriptions or refill requests and verify information.
• Record medical histories with HIPAA compliance.
• Deliver excellent customer service and respond to inquiries.
• Label and prepare prescriptions for pharmacist verification.
• Participate in inventory audits and procurement of meds and supplies.
