Job summary
Providence Health and Services Seattle, WA is hiring a Pharmacy Technician for Specialty Pharmacy. This full-time role supports the practice of pharmacy, performs delegated tasks, distributes drugs, assists with compounding, and maintains records under the supervision of a registered pharmacist.
The ideal candidate has completed an approved technician training program and will obtain Washington Pharmacy Technician license at hire.
Qualifications
- Completion of an approved pharmacy technician training program.
- Washington Pharmacy Technician License required at hire.
- 6 months hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support the practice of pharmacy and perform delegated tasks.
- Handle drug distribution, compounding, and record keeping.
- Perform clerical activities under supervision of a registered pharmacist.
