Job summary

Freeman Health System's QuickMeds outpatient retail pharmacy in Joplin, MO, is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support the Manager of Retail Pharmacy Operations. You will help identify specialty pharmacy opportunities and help expand services across FHS.

The role requires MO Board registration or pending; valid driver's license; at least 3 years retail pharmacy experience preferred. Completion of 340b University within 12 months is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri Pharmacy Technician registration or a submitted application with fingerprinting prior to employment.
• Valid US driver’s license.
• Minimum of 3 years of retail pharmacy experience preferred.
• Completion of 340b University within first 12 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager of Retail Pharmacy Operations in securing identified specialty pharmacy opportunities for FHS.
• Coordinate and oversee the expansion of services designed to assist FHS Specialty Providers.
• Perform analysis needed to ensure FHS is receiving optimal contribution from specialty drug dispensations.
