Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree and licensure to practice in the district states.
• At least 1 year of pharmacy experience including prescription filling and verification, records and compliance.
• Experience with dispensing and knowledge of state/federal regulations.
• Specialized training or practical experience in medication/disease states (e.g., HIV, organ transplant, oncology).

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of the pharmacy department and workflow.
• Improve prescription numbers, pharmacy sales, profit and patient service.
• Ensure compliance with laws, maintain records, and report inventory and incidents.
• Handle third-party prescription business and reduce payment rejections.
• Maintain inventory and assets, including shelf appearance and safety.
