Job summary

Noble Health Services in Greensboro, NC seeks a licensed pharmacist to implement and oversee clinical and operational programs within a call center environment. The role requires adherence to state and federal guidelines and contributes to accreditation efforts across multiple disease states.

The incumbent will supervise clinical decision making, perform drug utilization reviews, monitor claims, and ensure compliance with all Noble policies.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy is required.
• Current unrestricted Pharmacist license in New York; other state licenses as required are needed.
• Certified Specialty Pharmacist through NASP’s Specialty Pharmacy Certification Board (or must sit for exam once minimum hours are satisfied).
• Experience or readiness to work in a specialty pharmacy managed care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Noble Health Services operations and profitability.
• Follow all State and Federal guidelines governing the practice of Pharmacy.
• Provide clinical and operational support of Noble Health Services Clinical and Patient Management Programs.
• Perform quality assurance steps to ensure dispensations are accurate and report dispensing incidents promptly.
• Oversee clinical decision making and accountability for those decisions.
• Conduct patient drug utilization reviews and analyses.
• Report adverse events and suggest appropriate alternative therapies when warranted.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation bodies’ standards and Noble policies at all times.
• Monitor pharmacy claims for proper reimbursement and manage inventory.
• Maintain records in compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Education

Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy

Current unrestricted Pharmacist license in New York

Obtain and maintain other states licenses as required

Certified Specialty Pharmacist through NASP’s Specialty Pharmacy Certification Board
