Job summary

You will perform MTM, review regimens, advise clinicians, document interventions, and support transitions across services while maintaining compliance with state and DEA regulations.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or BS in Pharmacy.
• Active Pharmacist license in the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and dispense medications by reviewing and interpreting physician orders; detect therapeutic incompatibilities.
• Perform Medication Therapy Management (MTM), including reviewing and monitoring regimens; advise clinicians on therapies; document interventions.

Specialty Pharmacist – Second Shift

Join a high-impact, patient-first pharmacy team

Shift: 4-hour shifts between 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Monday–Friday
Weekend Rotation: Saturdays or Sundays – as needed

Job Purpose

Provides integrated support to patients and physicians by delivering a hands-on, total quality patient care experience. This role ensures seamless coordination across specialty and retail pharmacy services, enabling smooth patient transitions and timely access to medications.

The Specialty Pharmacist will manage both retail and specialty pharmacy operations, ensuring:

• Safe and effective medication dispensing
• Comprehensive patient counseling
• Clinical oversight and support

Key Responsibilities

Clinical & Patient Care

• Prepare and dispense medications by reviewing and interpreting physician orders; detect therapeutic incompatibilities
• Perform Medication Therapy Management (MTM), including:
  • Reviewing and monitoring medication regimens
  • Advising clinicians on evidence-based therapies
