Qualifications

• Attainment and maintenance of unit-specific competencies.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for designated patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to resolve patient needs.
• Synthesize data to optimize patient outcomes per standards.
• Uphold quality and safety using evidence-based practice.
• Provide patient and family education throughout treatment.
• Lead and mentor new colleagues and participate in performance improvement.
