Position Type: Part-time

Pay Range starts at $15 per hour (or more depending on experience)

Are you a skilled maintenance professional with a passion for keeping facilities running smoothly? The YMCA of Middle TN is seeking a Specialty Maintenance Tech to help ensure our buildings, vehicles, pools, and grounds are safe, clean, and functional.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform repairs and maintenance on facilities, equipment, and pools.
• Utilize power tools and heavy machinery to tackle a variety of tasks.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness across all areas, including grounds and parking lots.
• Assist with event setups, room changes, and vendor communications.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance, cleaning, and equipment repair
• Experience with power tools and heavy machinery (preferred)
• Familiarity with pool mechanics and chemicals (preferred)
• A positive, solution-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills

Certifications You’ll Need (we’ll help!):

• New Hire Orientation before your first shift
• CPR Pro, First Aid, and AED (within 30 days)
