Qualifications

• Minimum six months of cook experience.
• Ability to stand or walk for the full shift.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to reach, grasp, bend, kneel and twist as needed.
• Able to obtain/maintain required licenses or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Receive and prepare food orders for a specific cuisine according to standard recipes.
• Coordinate orders for pick-up.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstation and storage areas at all times.
• Control waste by rotation, storage, and quantity control.
• Maintain inventory of station and order stock to keep pars.
• Apply established safety and sanitation procedures consistently.
