Responsabilidades

• Surprises and delights customers with consistent and delicious food.
• Engages in positive and proactive selling.
• Keeps cases and shelves clean and well-stocked as part of merchandising.
• Checks product to ensure it meets WFM quality standards.
• Monitors spoilage and waste to minimize department expenses.
• Assists with sampling program and keeps sample areas clean and appealing.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Accesses market information and communicates it to customers.
• Completes temperature, sanitation and sweep logs; shows up on time and prepared.
• Delivers excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Preps, stores, rotates and merchandises products to maximize sales.
