Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Harmonville, PA is seeking a flexible Team Member to support the Specialty department by receiving and preparing product, stocking displays, and assisting customers with knowledgeable service.

You will help maintain clean, well-stocked shelves, follow food safety regulations, and participate in sampling programs while delivering friendly, proactive selling and teamwork across shifts.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and stay informed.
• Strong customer service and sales focus.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Surprises and delights customers with consistent and delicious food.
• Engages in positive and proactive selling.
• Ensures a fresh and appealing display by keeping cases and shelves clean and well-stocked.
• Checks product to ensure it meets WFM quality standards.
• Monitors spoilage and waste to minimize costs.
• Assists with sampling program and keeps sample areas full and clean.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Provides excellent customer service and answers phones promptly and courteously.
• Maximizes sales potential through proper prepping, storing, and merchandising.
