Job summary

Whole Foods Market is hiring entry-level Team Members to support the Specialty department. You will provide friendly, efficient service, learn product knowledge, and help maintain displays and stock levels across the floor.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Surprises and delights customers with consistent and delicious food.
• Engages in positive and proactive selling.
• Keeps cases and shelves clean, stocked, and appealing.
• Checks product to meet WFM quality standards.
• Monitors spoilage and waste to minimize costs.
• Assists with the sampling program and keeps areas tidy.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Keeps informed about market conditions and shares with customers.
• Completes temperature, sanitation and sweep logs as required.
• Works opening, mid, and closing duties and ensures pricing accuracy.
• Reports safety hazards and issues promptly.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
