• Monitors spoilage and reduces waste to protect department costs.
• Assists with sampling program and keeps sample Areas full and appealing.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Accesses market information and communicates to customers.
• Ensures temperature, sanitation and logs are completed.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Preps, stores, rotates, stocks, and merchandises products properly.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safety procedures.
