Euro Staffs is seeking a Specialty Concrete and Construction Installer for full-time, on-site work in North Carolina. You will execute concrete and masonry tasks, interpret blueprints, install formwork, set rebar, and operate pumps and mixers on diverse construction sites.

The role emphasizes safety, precision, and collaboration with the team to deliver durable structures. Pay ranges from $23.00 to $29.00 per hour, with on-the-road work as a core component of this position.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working on construction projects involving concrete installation, formwork construction, or masonry work.
• Experience reading blueprints/technical drawings and applying specifications on site.
• Ability to operate concrete mixers, pumps, and hand tools safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret detailed blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of concrete and masonry work.
• Prepare work sites by constructing formwork, metal stud framing, or other structures necessary for concrete pouring and finishing.
• Operate various power tools, hand tools, concrete mixers, concrete pumps, and cutting equipment safely and effectively.
• Install rebar reinforcement in accordance with blueprint specifications to strengthen concrete structures.
• Perform concrete pouring, finishing, cutting, sealing (caulking), and plastering to achieve smooth surfaces that meet quality standards.
• Execute heavy lifting tasks and perform masonry work including stucco, masonry units, and renovation projects.
• Maintain strict adherence to construction workplace safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety protocols during all phases of work.
• Collaborate with team members on construction site activities such as metal stud framing, formwork construction, concrete pumping, and site clean-up.
• Interpret technical drawings accurately to ensure precise placement of materials and adherence to project specifications.

• Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations and best practices for ensuring a safe working environment.
• Hands-on experience with rebar installation, concrete finishing techniques, stucco application, plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, and renovation projects is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during all phases of the project.
• Prior experience interpreting construction plans and specifications accurately to execute complex tasks efficiently.
