Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree required and Florida Pharmacist License.
• PGY1/PGY2 residency or board certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret medication orders to optimize pharmacotherapy.
• Provide clinical pharmacy services to a specialty patient population.
• Serve as preceptor and mentor to residents and students.
• Develop protocols, conduct drug information and education for team and patients.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and quality improvement initiatives.
