Job summary

ServiceMaster Restoration Services is seeking a dependable Specialty Cleaning Technician to provide residential and commercial cleaning, including carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, air-duct cleaning, dryer-vent cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, and odor removal.

You will work both independently and as part of a team, communicate clearly with customers, and take pride in delivering thorough, high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in carpet cleaning or related cleaning services preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and chemical labels.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial carpet cleaning.
• Clean upholstery, tile, grout, and surfaces.
• Inspect work area and select appropriate cleaning process.
• Explain services and expected results to customers.
• Safely operate cleaning equipment and tools.
• Take photographs and complete digital job documentation.
• Maintain equipment and report needs.
