Job summary

SERVPRO of Monterey Peninsula is hiring for a hands-on cleaning, packing and inventory role. You will pack, protect, and inventory customer belongings, perform detailed cleaning tasks, and support post-construction and demolition cleanup across residential and commercial sites.

Ideal candidates have experience in hotel housekeeping, residential and commercial cleaning, and warehouse operations. Training, dependable attendance, and a positive attitude are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel housekeeping, residential and commercial cleaning preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and moving services.
• Ability to handle packing, shipping/receiving, and basic inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Photograph, inventory, and barcode customer belongings using phones/tablets and inventory software.
• Pack, wrap, and protect customers' personal belongings.
• Safely load/unload, transport and organize customer belongings.
• Clean furniture, household items, and personal property using cleaning techniques.
• Perform detailed post-construction cleaning.
• Assist with demolition cleanup on residential and commercial projects.
• Deliver excellent customer service while working in homes and businesses.
• Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and warehouse organization.

• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Comfortable using smartphones and tablets throughout the workday.
