Job summary

BOK Financial in Oklahoma City seeks a Specialty Asset Manager I to oversee a substantial and complex portfolio of non-financial assets across the United States. You’ll work with Account Officers, Portfolio Managers, and external professionals to provide comprehensive solutions and manage risk.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years (or 7–8 years) of related experience; strong knowledge of fiduciary practices and asset management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years related experience (or 7–8 years equivalent work experience).
• Demonstrated PC skills including word processing and spreadsheets.
• Demonstrated communication skills and ability to prepare and deliver persuasive oral and written reports and presentations

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a substantial & complex portfolio within a given segment of non-financial assets.
• Collaborate with Account Officers, Portfolio Managers, and external professionals to provide comprehensive solutions.
• Maintain client relationships and assigned relationships; resolve asset-related issues to ensure quality service.
• Analyze assets annually to ensure compliance with bank policies, OCC requirements, and investment objectives.
• Coordinate asset investment and management with clients and internal/external professionals; assess buy/sell decisions and maximize performance.
