Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring for roles that support early childhood education across our centers. You will assist teachers with curriculum implementation, ensure alignment with state Pre-K requirements, and help create a safe, nurturing environment for children.

Collaborating with families, staff, and licensing authorities, you’ll contribute to center enrollment, accreditation, and engagement efforts while delivering exceptional experiences for families.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Meet state specific Pre-K guidelines for the role.
• Physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency and interact safely with children.
• Able to communicate in English with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with the implementation of KinderCare's curriculum, and State Pre-K requirements, in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child; create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.

• Support your center’s success; partner with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children
• Able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English
