Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking dedicated staff to support early childhood education across centers nationwide. You will assist with curriculum implementation and Pre‑K guidelines while creating a safe, nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.

You will collaborate with families, teachers, and leadership to drive enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, building strong community connections and delivering exceptional care every day.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Meet state specific Pre‑K guidelines for the role.
• Physically able to use a computer and engage with children.
• Able to assume postures to ensure safety during activities.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with the implementation of KinderCare's curriculum and Pre‑K requirements.

• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners

Required Skills and Experience:

• Outstanding customer service skills
• Meet state specific Pre‑K guidelines for the role
• Physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children
• Able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English
