Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a compassionate Specialized Instructor to provide early intervention services to children and families throughout Missouri. This is an as-needed, flexible position that allows providers to create their own schedules in coordination with assigned families.

Responsibilities include delivering services in the child's natural environment—homes, daycare centers, preschools—and collaborating with families and other providers while maintaining timely documentation

Qualifications

• Eligibility requires a Missouri EI specialized instructor credential.
• Experience with young children and families preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized instruction to infants and toddlers enrolled in Missouri Early Intervention.
• Partner with families to support child development and outcomes.
• Deliver services in natural environments such as home, daycare, and preschools; Other community-based locations.
• Collaborate with families and other service providers; Maintain documentation per program requirements.

• Partner with families to support child development and achievement of individualized outcomes.
• Deliver services in the child's natural environment, which may include: Home settings, Daycare centers, Preschools
• Other community-based locations
• Collaborate with families and other service providers as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with program requirements
