Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is hiring Specialized Caregivers to provide advanced non-medical personal care for clients with cognitive or complex physical needs across Wilson, Goldsboro and Jacksonville.

You will perform all Companion Care and PCA tasks, plus additional support for chronic illnesses, dementia, hospice, Parkinson's, stroke recovery, cancer and other high-acuity conditions, with a focus on safety, comfort, dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Experience providing non-medical personal care
• Ability to care for clients with cognitive or complex physical needs
• Strong observation and reporting skills

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced non-medical personal care and support
• Perform Companion Care and PCA tasks with additional specialized support
